FOCUS IRL takes our virtual session and throws it into the heart of the city! If you’re London-based and wishing for somewhere you can find likeminded ADHD women looking for company and accountability to get shit done, you’re in the right place.
These sessions are designed for those of us who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or just need a bit of external structure (and human presence) to actually start. Expect a calm, welcoming environment where you can focus on your own work, dip into conversation if you want to, and feel supported without feeling micromanaged.
The aim of the game is to come as you are and leave a little less whelmed. There’s no forced networking, no awkward icebreakers, and no expectation to be “on”. Just a group of women quietly co-existing, working, and figuring things out side by side.
These sessions will be held exclusively in E2, but Central/South venues will be announced very soon!
